If this is a representation of a fantasy character that is a master of camoflage (her dress) I'd maybe suggest desaturating the image a bit - it would help give the impression she could blend more closely into the tree and surroundings and at the same time reduce the effect of the extreme highlights.
I like her facial expression and the use of a tree covered in lichen to add interest to the foreground.
